Charitable Purposes

As outlined in the Pinoy Help Charity constitution, we classify our charitable purposes and objects under two categories:

  • Relief of poverty, by undertaking development projects in the Philippines which ensure safe and reliable access to critical infrastructure such as drinking water, food, and electricity.
  • Advancement of education, by partnering with local workers and suppliers in the Philippines to provide labor for development projects, providing skill-enhancement opportunities and mentorship from industry professionals, and supporting the education of students through scholarships, educational materials, and supplies.

Ongoing Projects

Pinoy Help Charity carries out charitable projects under 7 categories. Click on the underlined name to see those projects.

  1. Read and write makes us bright: school supplies, reading and writing exercise materials.
  2. Ice cream treat “I scream for ice cream”: cold treats for the children.
  3. Be Healthy: children’s health screenings, medical doctor/nurse examinations.
  4. Jollibee Treats: bee sweet chicken joy, a day of Jollibee chicken for the school children.
  5. Santa’s Chickens and Rice for Life: fresh grown chickens & rice for the families.
  6. Children are our Future: pre- and post-natal projects.
    • Mommy will look good: dresses and toiletries, such as hairbrush, toothbrush & toothpaste.
    • Keep baby warm: blankets and pacifiers.
    • Baby will grow healthy: milk and baby food.
    • Baby dress nice: clothing and socks.
    • Wheels on the ground: baby strollers.
    • Toys for baby: rattles, teddy bears, dolls.
    • Baby will walk & talk: shoes and books.
  7. Infrastructure Projects
    • Water, garbage collection, drainage.
    • Lights and power.
    • Basketball Court and Playground – a place for community gatherings and the children to play.
